Superior Residential Services is able to perform most small household projects, however we do not perform repairs requiring structural or projects involving new builds. Although we can perform many repairs involving electrical and plumbing components, we are not licensed electricians or plumbers. For safety reasons, we also do not walk on roofs to access repairs. If your project involves water damage, mold remediation, major roofing or insurance repairs you will be directed to another company specializing in such services.
